Guillaume’s hospitality career began in St. Barths at Eden Rock and Tom Beach Hotel, where he mastered luxury service. He then brought his expertise to Mexico, managing renowned boutique hotels like La Valise and Encantada Tulum. With a passion for creating intimate, locally-rooted spaces, Guillaume focuses on blending thoughtful design with exceptional guest experiences across all his properties.
Jose’s career took off at Mundo Imperial, where he spent 17 years in various administrative roles. He then served as Controller at AZULIK. Since 2018, he has been a professor at INDESAG, facilitating courses in finance, administration, and organizational development, sharing his extensive industry knowledge.
Mathilde is a French designer based in Mexico with a strong international background in creative direction for luxury brands, hospitality and cultural experiences. As Creative Director at GIAFFER™, she has shaped visual identities with vision, coherence and depth, developing narrative worlds for projects like La Valise and collaborating with leading names in the boutique sector.
Yolanda’s journey in hospitality began at Polar Multimedia, where she immersed herself in project management and B2B sales. Her passion for guest experiences blossomed during her time with the NH Hotel Group, where she played a key role in boosting customer satisfaction. After enriching her skills at Hyatt Regency Mexico City, she became the Sales and Marketing Director at Hotel Volga.
From Bahia Principe to RIU, Gladys has spent years managing regional sales and global distribution across the Americas and EMEA. At APARTE, she translates that big-brand expertise into smart, boutique-scale strategies that strengthen direct bookings and high-value segments.
